Some tubes are fitted with pressure relief valves...

Some tubes are fitted with pressure relief valves in the bulkheads - They will only operate one way hence the correct way to inflate but that said I dont why the tubes still wont reach there PSI...

Best way would be to replace the the whole strip if fitted in sections... But would require a good clean up and sanding... Leave to the professionals....
If its not that bad a D.I.Y can be done.....

Remove the old glue with 80 grit sandpaper then...

Remove the old glue with 80 grit sandpaper then clean with 501 Bostik thinners...
Use Bostik glue to reattach but remember to prime both surfaces - For best results leave primed overnight.

Once sanded the hypalon will not come back to life.... UV Protector will in fact show it up more... I would place a handle,sign or lifeline there and in the same position the other side...
