Thames boat hire req'd

A friend needs to hire/beg a skippered boat on the tidal Thames in the Chiswick-Richmond-Putney area for around an hour for a private ceremony on the 3-4 September. 10-12 people. Can anyone help, or point me towards someone who can please?
