Retubing (SR5.4) near Dover

Could you please recommend someone near Dover, who can do retubing of my SR5.4?
Alternatively, how difficult is to do it by myself with proper Kit?

If you look it the trade section rib raft is offering a retube kit for a 5.4 searider. PM him. I'll sure he'll give you some pointers and I believe they come with detailed fitting instructions
