Pub recommendation in Yarmouth IOW

Hi All
I am going to Yarmouth in a week or so with my wife and 6 year old son
Looking for a recommendation for a pub serving lunchtime food ideally near the harbour - nothing fancy, burgers etc.

The Wheatsheaf and Kings Head are both good, but there are others.

I quite like Gossips cafe which is by the pier.

Not quite near the harbour but if you wander west along the shore you arrive at Fort Victoria. There was a cafe there that was OK and there is the Boat House just before you reach the fort. I've never been in here.
