Powered Trailer Mover / Dolly

I am trying to find a suitably cheap trailer mover (not one of the caravan jockey wheels) or a converted motability scooter. Must have grass type tyres. I have a cutdown Westwood Mower that i'm considering but not sure if the towhitch weight will be too much. Total rig about 1200kgs.

Any useful tips - not the redneck sack truck conversion on U tube.

Cheers. MB
