Ooh

I might have to sneak down to Bradwell with my trusty box brownie, take some pics and then hotfoot it back here & post the "scoop"!

Where are the sub 5m mob heading to on Sunday?

Launching Bradwell at about 11:00am, no particular plans, we'll probably decide where we're headed when there. Maybe to West Mersea for lunch.

Hopefully see you on Sunday. I might even take you out?

Alan,

Would be great if you could join us on Sunday and you're very welcome to hitch a lift in one of our mini-RIBs, back problems permitting of course!

Anyway, what's wrong with the colour of my helmet, Dan? Looked perfectly healthy last time I looked at it. I just hope you boys appreciate that I'll be giving up chapel on Sunday to come out with you.

Phil/Rich,

I'd love to join you or at least meet up on Sun. Issue is notsomuch back (which is good now) but frantic packing prior to moving to Canada Wednesday week! Also have 5pm sunday tea engagement. Can I PM/Phone nearer the time & if I can make it I will. Likely to be my last Ribbing experience for a while & no more fitting crowd to spend it with IMHO!

Alternatively if you were to head up to Maldon I could definately find the time to buy you a pint in the Queen's Head!

Cheers,
Alan

Vibrant spue is how I remember it - but I have a short memory.

I trust you won't be wearing your dog collar...or is that a different forum...

Dog collar and handcuffs are Gaynor's department, Rich, and I have asked you not to divulge the contents of our private discussions on Ribnet

Alan - meeting you at Maldon sounds a much better idea given your time constraints and also means that RichL will actually have to navigate somewhere rather than driving round in ever decreasing circles in that racing RIB of his! I have your mobile number, mine is 07768 153 386, so will be in touch Sunday morning if that's OK? If you do decide to come out on the water then that's fine, too. We're aiming to meet at Bradwell at around 1100.

Now I see - "Lord Davies" is a religious reference - obviously a religion you've made up yourself. Having got to know you, I wondered why those sub 5m guys were so respectful. Clearly a brainwashing sect.
