BWM Deep Sea 21

Hi all Their are 3 boats bmw ribs for sale on the boats for sale page. I just got a phone call from someone looking at the boat. It is in Lymington. Does anyone on here know or own the boat. If so what has she been used for?

Hi - I understand that they are owned by a company that have chartered them out for a few years. I recently bought pretty much the same model and am extremely happy with it. I believe that they have been well used, but cannot comment on their current condition.

drop me an E:Mail if you want more information on my boat - I think it's a similar spec; mine's called a deep sea 6 and has a Mariner 90.

I think I'm right in saying these were run by International RIB Services (or some similar name) for RIB training and safety boat work. DS21 and 90hp set ups from the nth incarnation of BWM (probably when it was still owned by Paul Lemmer). I had a DS21 for 4 years or so. Good hull design and soft ride for a very beamy RIB. Extremely stable at rest when diving/fishing etc. 90hp would be a tad underpowered - 150hp felt about right. Build quality extremely variable, in our case the Hull was fine but everything fixed to it was cr*p!
