Hi guys ,
Have seen on another SR6 such a guide for the bow line .
His guide came with the boat .
Any idea where I can get such guide or a similar one to be glued on hypalon ?
Thanks !

I have one of those cleat doohickeys. My impression is, meh. It works for a quick tie off point, and it holds the painter in place. For anchoring short term while on the boat I'll use it. Longer term anchoring and leaving boat while diving, I always tie off the anchor line to the painter, then cleat off the anchor line thru the doohickey. The bitter end of my anchor line is clipped off inside the anchor locker.

What it doesn't do is create a nice slippery area to recover the anchor line and chain over. I hope someone comes on here and supplies us with a viable option that works for cheap. Some folks use rub rail glued on vertically.

Absolutely. I'd only ever use it to keep the rope "tidy", never as an actual mooring/anchoring point. Generally I always keep the bow line permanently attached to the bow eye on all my boats and then just have it tied up out of the way when running.

I know it's not quite what the OP was asking for, but it's all I've come across so far.
