Approximately, how fast?

Hi all

Just bought the 4.65m RIB i asked about on here. Collecting this week (long story) and I am wondering about possible top speed.

It's a 60hp Yam 2 stroke. What kind of oooomph am I looking at (for insurance purposes btw)

Thanks Fenlander. A lot of circumstances have transpired to prevent collection (the boat is some 4 hours away feom me) but ai am finally to collect this week!

At a guess 34 kts ish tell the insurance slightly more if you want to cover your @rse

Yep sounds right - I have a 4.9 with 60hp 2 stroke and solo I can just hit 35 knots - but the fastest thing is the speed the fuel gauge drops !
