Hello from Kingston Ontario

Hi,
New to the forum and looking for advise.
I have been looking for a boat to use as a tender/run about. Not going to put on davits but may tow occasionally.
Thinking of a RIB or Whaler.
The one I have just located in my area is a 1999 Zodiac Yatchline 420 with a 50 Honda.
I am having a hard time figuring a price for the combo. He's asking $8000.00 down from $10000.00 Canadian with the trailer($5500.00U.S.).
Is this a decent price and should I be worried about the tubes? They are original, so thinking new tubes in the future.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks to all

A little more information would be useful and the answer is still going to be it depends. What year is the motor, how many hours. Do you have a Honda mechanic close by? What shape are the tubes in. Does all the wiring work? Do the tubes hold air, can you run them for a year or two or do you need to replace them now. Condition of the trailer, wheels, bearings, is it registered.

$8K would be fine if everything is in good shape. I'd work downwards if any of it is a project.
