UXO Work Grimsby

Hi All

I have just been let down by my skipper for a contract starting tomorrow.

I need a Skipper with minimum Adv Power Commercially Endorsed to start 30/07/13 lasting for 1 week and be in Grimsby for an induction with Eon

All tickets must be up to date.

The Job involves skippering a Pac 22 out of Grimsby for UXO work, the job will involve a lot of standby. All the vessel is required to do is to steam out to the bombing range (10km offshore) take a tow off the bubble heads for the UXO, then the vessel will act as the det boat. So you will see some big explosions. PPE will be provided by ourselves.

The deckhand working alongside you is ex RN and has a lot of sea time on Minesweepers so is used to this line of work.

All accommodation is paid for.

Pay £130 a day

Due to the contract being extended next week and the possibility of it being extended further we now require skippers and deckhands. Dates are from Tuesday 6th August until further notice skipper must have Advanced Powerboat Com End.

Any ex matlots with Pac 22 experience or MW/CD?

Just seeing if you still need skippers?!!
My current contract will be ending 1 st sept! So will be free after that,
I have adv endorsed and over 30 years experience, also commercial diver so used to working with divers!!
