The wimp returns!

Wimp here! Cautious, most of the time, keen to cruise at most economical speed when possible, yes, happy to have a blast, absolutely! slightly slower top speed than Avocet, unfortunately true (and he does like to let me know!)

Still up for this subject to satisfactory return of exeat request, completion of all agreed tasks in acceptable timeframe, dog walking duties completed and availability of fuel, etc, etc.

Very happy to escort if required. Fingers crossed for a decent forecast.

Boris, going all the way to Anvil Point for your anniversary, I hope you are going by boat, v romantic.

Sounds good.
Is anyone tent camping or is everyone glamping in fancy motor homes?
What's the situation with parking at the slipway?
And is launching free?
Pub lunch sound like a good idea to me.

caravan for me
pay and display car park next to slip for cars (can leave trailers and buy two tickets...)
land 800 yds away that most people leave cars and trailer with no issues (wheel clamp advised)
also speaking to clarks boatyard 50 yds away to see about parking trailers will let you know.
launching is free
