Hi

For beginer skis you should not pay more than £50-60 new if you buy second hand go for the same price and get some that are better. They are easier to get up on. Try Beaulieu on 27 April. see thred in main section.

John

I will have a rummage in my garage tommorrow. I did have some beginners skis (one of my 5 minute novelties!). As long as the missus hasn't sold them at the car booty, then you can have them at a very fair price (about £30-£40?) Will post tommorrow, hopefully with good news!

Worst fears realised! Missus sez my mate borrowed them about a year ago. Hmm... may be a dead end there then, sorry will keep trying and let you know. Until I know for sure try this link....

www.towsure.co.uk

click the 'marine' link then the 'water skis' one. Very reasonable prices for brand new don't you think?

Apart from the breakdownsand the huge amount of on road mileage I did playing catch up I had a wonderful time in Ireland. and met many excellent people and some were even sober!

At least it put me back in touch with the stubborn side of my Character.

I am hearing that a challenge is being organised this year in Ireland is this so!

cheers
