Wanted: Mercury DTS Single Throttle Handle or Assembly

Hi,

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know of anything available?

The chrome (plastic) plating on my throttle handle has begun to bubble and come away, looking for a replacement if possible. Understand they are pretty pricey new from Merc.

Engine is a 2006/2007 Verado 300 in case that should make any difference in terms of plug and play ability...

Maybe you could sand it back and repaint it in black or something, we've got corrosion on the plastic on ours and it probably wont be long until it follows yours

Hi there,

Yeah, I've had similar thoughts, if there isn't anything available at a sensible price, I may wait until it's further gone and then get the whole assembly coated in another finish.
