Halmatic or Victoria Marine?
Only identifying features which i have found are the logos on the disc in the centre of the steering wheel.
However, if the original wheel or steering system were to be missing, the only other way...

The engine serial number (Ford number) is stamped both on a plate on the bell housing (starboard side) and on a flat casting on the engine block behind the injection pump.
