Hi there. I don't want You to spoil Your day, but if regulation is followed to the letter, a workboat (navy, police...) can technically not be taken to leisure use what ever age, unless it is CE...

Sorry to here Your story. This CE thing makes me mad...but not much to do about it. That's why one cant buy a RIB without CE mark from UK unless it older than june 1998....
