It's not really a question of how close it is. If a doner was waxed up and a mould taken from it, that's it for me. But lets not go there again, we/I have done it to death.

No, I don't think so. cutting a bit out, or adding a bit is pretty easy, I think any real changes, such as the progression to stepped hulls was done by Lorne, no contact with Shead as far as I know....

I'm told by a VERY good and well informed source that Shead was never paid by Slogit for the design. Something about not being happy that it had a tendency...
