ok my new toy arrived yesterday, Garmin 276.
Fired it up loaded all the software, loadedup the UK road maps and took it out for a play.

Its tops!

I have been using a PDA with nav added on....

The Garmin 276 can be used for both land and sea....

The Garmin 276 can be used for both land and sea.
Can be loaded with both land and sea charts at the same time.
