She was 600kg, with 30/40 liters of petrol in the tank, so around 560/570 kg dry. I was hoping for around 540kg but...

Its been a while, been busy with work etc, always getting in the way of projects, on the upside we all need to work to pay for the toys! Had the deck sprayed with non skid, built a bow locker etc...

I would do this in a different order, the epoxy will take at least 12 hours to set, fast hardener will take around 4 hours before you can work on it but your bonding surface is pretty big...
