All sorted - watched a couple of Youtube videos...

All sorted - watched a couple of Youtube videos and noticed in one that the instructions are on the airbox! Of course the airbox was in the garage with the other two carbs.

Thanks for all the advice - now sorted. I loosened off the oil tank so I could trace where the wires went and discovered a black wire not attached to anything! I've now attached this to an earth...

Thanks - no the old one did it as well so I'm assuming it is a problem with the sensor in the tank. Happy to remove it and have a look if it is relatively easy.
