The bit at rowing club is on the left hand side before the rowing club ok at high water but watch at low water very rocky and built up with rocks

10 am would be good for me ,plenty of time to get up to stirling .was up at stirling today looking at the river, I would perefer to be up there at higher tide.

the lifeboat station has been extended ,so they might use the left hand side of the slip (looking towards the water) they were still working on the building last time I was there in march.

I would also launch at port edgar but low water is 07.02 bst and high water is 13.27 bst then low water 19.37 bst so if taking out at P E I think would need to be earlier than say 18.30 I think I...

I have used the slip at South Alloa a few times, but is only useable about 2-3 hours before high water and only for about an hour max, after high water as tides goes out fast.

Port Edgar should be ok I think for parking up your motorhome, once boat is launched your wife could get in the boat from one of the pontoons just a bit over from the slip. I would be happy to help...
