Stainless Prop Repair

I have a Ribcraft 5.3 with a Mariner 90 4stroke and rear demountable twin fuel tanks.
Its a little stern heavy but still handles rough weather very well - "flat water leisure boat" it isn't!!

I wouldn't ever reuse a split pin, once used they can break when bent again.
I am just regreasing my bearings and found that on the last " proper service", the split pins used were a size too small....
