Make sure you have set the radio settings to Europe, the default is USA hence the reception is poor!

Taking them to one of their depots tomorrow, will see what they have to say face to face.

Docking arms fractured... thoughts please

Bought a new pair of docking arms in Jan and only used three times found this after noticing that the arm was moving about on motorway!

Faulty weld? Opinions please as dealer already suggesting...

Looks like you had a fantastic time, we were on the rib anchored in Whitecliff Bay as you all passed.

Wish we had gone but being newbies we are still gaining confidence and skills with the RIB!

Back up engine

Are we being over cautious considering a back up engine?

We mainly use the RIB in and around Chichester Harbour/Solent/IOW. If so what engine would you recommend as a back up?

Cheers for the info Trailer Guy, I have come to the same conclusion that it's a non starter! One supplier told me to remove the bearing saver each time I put the clamp on....:facepalm:

:confused: Does anyone know if the Bulldog 'Centaur' wheel clamp fit correctly over 165R13 wheels/tyre when bearing savers are fitted.

I am concerned that due to the depth of the bearing savers...

Another newbie!

Hello folks, we have just completed the RYA Power Boat 2 (fantastic course) and eagerly awaiting the new rib to arrive! So much to learn!!!!
