Bombard tube set or service shop with template?

Bombard DB550

looking for anyone knowing of a repair shop that might have a template for making one. ... have a price quote on new (from Zodiac France) ... if any dealers want to give me a quote (too). "give it your best shot"

wondering if other sizes might be modified to fit (eg. shortened or lengthened if the bow is same)

thx

You would not necessarily need to have a repair shop with a template. The usual technique for us to copy a set of tubes is "make from scratch" a set of tubes is to make our own template by cutting the old ones, then use these as a template.

The bad news is that - from our recent experience - there is little difference between the costs of a new set of tubes brought from the Zodiac factory and making a new set of tubes from scratch. The new materials costs are what is very expensive, which is why any new tubes are not cheap
