I would agree that the Valiant are not as heavy as the ribcraft. Any problems I have had with mine were minor and could be fixed in a couple of minutes. It is not an induustrial type of rib but there again how many of use on this forum genually require an industrial style of rib. (The fella with the new 5m ribcraft may be an expection which was for sale to allow for an upgrade)
