Make sure you're comparing apples and apples. If RC are stating a bare boat as x kg then bare means bare - it'll be hull, deck, transom and tubes only: no seats, no console, no A frame, no fuel tank, no fittings, nothing

I dont know about ribcraft, but it is not a unknown issue that hull weight on boats does not match manufacturers information, not even the bare hull. Very often its heavier than informed.

My RC5.3 was heavier than thought to the point we had to upgrade the trailer wheels and tyres
