VHF Course

Can anyone recommend anywhere, round the London area, that is running VHF radio courses over the next couple of months, ideally during the week?

How many people do you need to get one setup?

I can definitely supply myself and my fiancee, may be able to add a third aswell...

I am just waiting for the instructor to provide me some dates (his parter has just had a baby so is being pretty stringent with him) however he is due to supply some dates in the next couple of days.

Hi, I went to Bisham Abbey on the Thames. Everyone else attending was a useless canal boater but it was good nonetheless

I did mine earlier this year with Surrey Shorebased Trainingt they are just outside Woking (SW of London between A3 and M3, 10 minutes from M25, 30 mins from Waterloo). No courses scheduled in August but will run one if enough demand.

He said that has run course with just one person.

Worth a try.

If none of the above suit you then you can search here Marine Radio (SRC) | Specialist Short Courses | Courses | Learning | Courses & Training | RYA (course details on the main page with the search for courses at the top right hand side).
