Transparent Antifouling..

I've just came across this product in my local marine store.

http://www.mansuetomarine.it/index.p..._catalogue_pi1[prod]=632&cHash=c0e9a7a588

Has anyone heard about it? I'm always a bit sceptical about transparent paints as I thought they would leave a tint or decolorize the applied area but this one looks so tempting!!

any ideas?

Well, It looks like a perfect option for my white hull white tube rib then!! Any particular advice that I should keep in mind while applying? (slightly sanding the area, acetone cleaning?)
