My bad - I didn’t explain very well, it’s not mine and I’ve never seen the ‘boat’, only clocked it earlier while looking at the local online ads and thought it might be of interest to a ribnetter. I guess direct contact with the owner if anyone’s interested

Could be worth a punt, but it's only a 4.2m. Reckon you'll need to sink £2-3k into it minimum with an engine, trailer, and rigging it. If the tubes still hold air, all well and good. If not there's another £4k right there. There's a reason these boats are left out to rot.
