The press have a lot to answer for!!!

They are SO uneducated and will warp the truth no matter what.

Whenever you see military aircraft taking off they will say about "being loaded with bombs" and zoom in on the drop tanks.

When they go on about pollution and the environment they will show a close up of STEAM coming out of a car exhaust or a cooling tower!!!

Finally why don't the RNLI admit maroons are a waste of money these days instead of voice the health and safety crap - have never heard of anyone being injured by one!!!

Theres been 3 acccidents in the last few months, with marroons shooting off in the wrong direction.

I think the role of the maroons has changed from letting the crew know to letting the family of the crew know.
