The RB08.

Good morning, I have registered and come on your Forum as we need some help in the RB08.

We have had an enormous response to our calls for support and safety boats during the RB08 (see web site front page "safety boats") but we are finding it difficult finding help in two places. Inverness and Lowestoft. Can anyone help in those particular areas.

You are of course all welcome to come and see the start (21st June) at Portsmouth and through the Solent and the finish on June 30th at Southsea. It will be some sight to see and perhaps not again for many a long year!

RIB's now make up a huge proportion of our 49 boat fleet.

Poss might be able to help in Inverness ....Port Edgar is closer but i dont mind a 3 hour trail to inverness .....what kind of help do you need as i dont really know that area all that well but work with guys offshore that do....are the boats driving through the cal canal or are they being trailered?

what days do you have planned for Inverness ...I assume one day per stop so reckon around 25-26th June time.

How many support boats do you need in Lowestoft? I have a few contacts that might be able to help.
