Taxi service from Hamble to Cowes

Afternoon.

is anyone offering a taxi service from Hamble to Cowes during Cowes week?

i want to get three people from hamble to cowes and back tomorrow. i dont want to fork out for a taxi to and from southampton and pay the red funnel people as well!!

im sure Tim M did something once but anyone else?

Hi Zippy. Sorry for not responding to you yesterday - I'm away oop north at the moment so haven't been near emails. I am running over Cowes week, although unfortunately not until Tuesday when I get back. Ian (C2RIBS) on here may well be able to sort you out. Hope you get it sorted!

Given that i will be drinking, dont fancy taking the car and would rather get off the boat at hamble and stagger happly home!

if the weather is as bad as they say, maybe its a good thing theres nothing around!!

Zippy, what are you looking for Sat and Sunday? What times from where? Might be able to help depending on timings etc

I am looking for a rib ride between hamble and cowes each night after racing in Cowes week (2010), and wondered whether anyone was offering some sort of service or was doing the same thing?

We are running a shuttle service between Hamble and Cowes every day during Cowes week. If theres only a few of you, I still have space on the run that departs Hamble at 0830, and then returns departing Cowes at 1800. If those times don't suite we can of course arrange a private boat for you. If that's of interest do get in touch.

We are planning on RIB(s) being available operating from The Hamble, Port Hamble, Town Quay , Warsach areas to Cowes. This all depends on demand but drop me an e mail outlining what days and approx times needed, already have one full boat so looking at second and I will hopefully sort you Ian
