Where was everyone today? There wasn't another boat to be seen outside Christchurch bay.

My mate took some video on his Iphone. All was going well until the engine and power died, I need to investigate this one. The coast guard was claiming it was a Force 8 but I'm not sure.

I think I need to buy a proper water proof camera has any one got any recommendations.

We've got a couple of Go Pro video camera thing's. They come with waterproof case and a selection of mounting brackets.

I think the wide angle HD version is around £300.

They can cope with getting wet and battered around on the A frame when it gets a bit choppy.

I looked at that Go Pro and it looks really good especially with the very wide angled lens, I can feel an Americam order coming on.
