sticking up my avon !!

hi i need to restick a piece of rubber at the rear of my port tube,i i did stick this a few weeks back but after a good bit of hammering yesterday in good size swell its come unstuck, i used polymarine 2 part glue is there a better one and does anyone have any secrects on the best way to stick her cheers tim

Did you prep the hypalon before applying the adhesive?
It needs a good wipe down with solvent to remove any oils, grease, etc, then abraded with sandpaper to give a key for the adhesive (2 coats).

no i did stick it up before i used the paint i cant of cleaned it enough then was that yours down the eca yesterday ollyit !

bostic 2402 is the best or Alpha glue. I think paul tilley (TIDEL) sells this mail order alo ribshop sells stuff too. pretty good application instructions on the ribshop website also.
