write to the harbourmaster and get an exemption, if it's an erosion problem they are worried about then you will make a much bigger wake at 12 kts in your rib than you will at 30kts

Thats only cause I was there cam - Nah they really don't mind wat speed you go at on the Forth, as long as you keep a watch for other vessels and you radio is monitoring channel 16 - nobody really minds (Forth Nav, Lothian and Borders Police Marine Unit, ect)

News to me too,
Done a few 70mph + (in the cat) runs up under the bridges before, will have to watch in future.
How longs this been in force then?

1980 or there about....its only "enforced" after after Inch Mickery, hence the finish line of the RB08!
