My son is sailing at Stokes Bay this weekend and is texting me for info on tidal currents.

I don't have anything with me so is there a website anywhere that shows them?

I'm not aware that there is anything very accurate/useful on-line. However, if you drop in at a local chandlery you should be able to pick up a copy of Winning Tides which is the best tidal stream atlas for the Solent with 1/2 hr breakdown on streams. About £27:50 though but waterproof!
