Try this The Ultima would be better than the Dislok because it has a lot of the metal parts covered in plastic, having said that it will rust badly unless you keep it well greased.
I would be inclined to us one of these under a console cover because it would mean that a thief would not come tooled up to remove it.

It may be better to put the motor on full lock and then chain it to the A frame or similar.
