Seating

I have an Avon Searider 540 with a single jockey seat console. I want to add more seating but I am unsure of the best approach. Would i have room for two pod seats side by side astern of the console? Would I be better off with a double 'bench' seat? Should I buy readymade or DIY? Is a bow seat standard size or do they have to be made to measure?
Is there an 'economically viable' way of doing this? There does not seem to be much in this line in the secondhand market, online.
As always, I welcome any and all suggestions.

two small jockeys be easyest, but you might have to spray as they wont be right colour,
