Scam on boats and outboards

Hi,
Anyone know how you can report an item on boats and outboards, this item (Avon Fishing Boat for sale , avon adventurer rib yamaha 115 - Boats And Outboards )

A friend has emailed the person, and he has spun out the old sell it via ebay, you pay, if you don't like it ebay give the money back, 100% safe purchase.

I emailed them once about a scam, got some standard email reply and they did sod all, I don't think many will get ripped off with these scams but I wonder how many will phone the premium rate number the B&O make their money from.

Waste of time on there & ebay complaining!! The only site that I've ever had a complaint listened to is Apolloduck when they pulled the site down! Sadly these others are only interested in the advertisers revenue.
I must have contacted 20 advertisers on there about engines & it's a shambles of scams!!

Ive reported ads before on there. Pretty sure somewhere around the photo theres a report ad button & you email them. I got a reponse straight away & the ad got taken down!

ive just reported it, i have loads taken off so i think they are doing something about this crap!!

I tryed to purchase the 150 opti xl on boats and obs this week for £2100 did expect a scam from the start. Reply from a Susan Lee saying we could view but she was on Orkney. I asked for the ser no and name of carrier who could bring the engine to uk, also a ref from a local dealer / engineer. She didnt answer so guess it was a scam.

Yes, I've reported the same boat twice now. Advertised a 5.5m (?) Avon rib with Mariner 90. First advert said it was in Essex, then Hampshire, when I e-mailed the seller they said they would fly it from BERLIN!!!!!! Free!!!! WHAT???? Money-back guarantee, just pay in euros!!! Boats&outboards had it removed straight away, but the scammers just use another pc & e-mail address!

Hi

Lots of dodgy stuff being advertised as from "Orkney" and Shetland these days... lawn mowers, puppies and boat stuff etc

If you or anyone else wants a local Orkney sale confirming, feel free to ask - 07973 721685, or say you know me in Deerness (Orkney Mainland) and is it OK for me to pop round to look at the item?

Also happy to advise on local couriers if it is genuine.
