Rope Storage Gizmo

Knocked up this gizmo in the shed. The idea is we can have a few of them on the A frame to easily and quickly secure our different length shotlines. Got the toggles from this outfit;

Toggles

It does ofcourse require a load of gratuitous splicing, hmmm...what a chore! The can fosters is merely to scale the toggle. The A frame isnt made out of Belle minimix150 legs either

Are they secure and it is not possible for the rope end to come loose or are you relying on various folk tying them on well enough.
I usually keep all my rope well away from the transom unless being used to make sure a spare length doesn't end up in the prop.........

We'll test that, they are pretty secure, I'll post a shotline coil when I can there arent any loose ends as they are connected together. There is an eye on each end with a st/st carabiner on one end.
