Ribcraft Underfloor Water - Help

Looking for advice . My 2002 750 seems to have a lot of water under the floor now (I can here it sloshing around). Opening the 2 plugs in the bilges allowed me to remove almost 60 litres (foul smelling filthy water) using a bilge pump and wet vaccuum. Accessing the the small inspection hole under the console (just above fuel tank) allowed me suck out a little more. I then tilted the boat further , put an airline in the the inspection chamber under console and a vaccum in bilge to try and create a high-low pressure flow and although I can hear the water gurgling and sloshing around under the floor, it's not making its way out. Rocking the boat around on the trailer and driving it around with the 2 bilge plugs open hasn't worked either. I assume the water is trapped between stringers and crossmembers etc. I had thought of cutting two new inspection chambers into the floor forward of the bilge sump but would like to know the layout of the stringers and crossmembers first so I know I'm accessing the biggest void. And I don't really like the idea of 2 more potential ingress points either. Any suggestions? Pics attached.
I don't suppose anyone has blueprints/pics of a RC750s before the deck goes on ?

This is what I used to identify what was going on under the deck of my Ocean:

It's proved invaluable on several projects now.
