Flooring

Afternoon all, have any of you used the cheaper foam fake flexiteek type deck covering widely available on ebay?
I looked at tread master but they tend to sell it in 1200mmx900mm sheets for around £80 but i would need around 3 sheets at £240 not too bad if it's real good quality. Flexiteek is out of the question as it's priced per foot and that's all you need to know.
I have looked on ebay amazon etc and these fake flexiteek type flooring keeps popping up and would look nice (light grey) but the old adage popped into my mind (buy cheap buy twice) . Have any of you used the latter? Does it damage easily., stain easily. I would love your thoughts.

I considered it before putting down real teak in my previous Rib.

I asked for a sample, which quickly arrived, but unfortunately it told me all I needed to know.

Possibly ok as a locker liner.

I've used it before. It is more like a sticky backed yoga matt with a pattern on it. It snags and tears very easily. The adhesive was OK on a well prepped surface, but was rubbish in areas that get rubbed ie under hatches.

Depends what you want. If it is for somewhere that won't take much traffic and won't be exposed to any real forces it'll look nice and be fine. If it is for your main deck, forget it.

Works well for me. Been discussed before:
EVA Fake Teak Floor

It's stayed down ok. Adding new sections all the time, seems hard to clean but it's wearing as well as expected. No substitute for the real thing.
