Yeh, I'm worried as well.

If it needs replacing I think i'd go for stainless steel. Any ideas where to go would be helpful?

Sounds like its Prop time!
Steel Developments come highly rated for buying and advice, there's loads of info on them on the forum, from my own experience I sent an old damaged alloy prop to castle marine they re-pitched it for me and sent it back indistinguishable from new and only charged 40, that may be worth a try first.

Definitely prop time. Thanks. I'll give them a try...but I'm going to get a new one before I send my old one off for repair. don't want to be off the water for one day more than I need to be ...By the way, I've noticed the huge improvement in the SABBC web site since you offered to run it!!!
