Restoring Fabric

The fabric on my rib handles is fading, how do I go around making them black again without taking it off and replacing with new fabric?

When you say fabric rubber ? Poly marine have a coating if so

Tuffcoat EcoTuff works well to refinish them. It is A little thicker than the polymarine paint. Available in a few colors.
