Been readying parts for a fibreglassing experience

Cut out a hole in the side of the Console to take the fuel filler and breather (see pic).
Cut two holes though the rear Bench (see pic) to accept a drain tube that'll drain any build up of water that collects in the U shape of the seats and will provide a little more re-inforcing of the seat side that gave an ominous loud CRACK sound when I put my foot against it
This drain tube will be glassed and flowcoated by my own fair hands, thanks guys for you advice on another thread and a special thanks to JW who sent me down a books book on Fibreglassing
Drain plug holes are in and ready for when I do the flowcoating and sealing bit (photo).
I chose to have two screw in type inspection hatches in the rear transom boxes and a witches hat rubber boot gland for the cables, I waned the stainless type of top hat and to fit flexi conduit, but there is no facility to fit it to the outboard end, so will look at solutions later.
I'm still looking at ways to fit my batterys to the two frames that'll be fitted to the deck inside the console, some sort of strap perhaps.
I'm also still working out console layout and can't decide whether to have the VHF inside the console and use the command mike on the console, this might affect where I mount the Gauges of which I have 5 to mount. To add the GPS and Depth finder and too look good and uncluttered is becomming an obsession for me

I toyed with making my own Stainless, but was given a name of a local man by Downhilldai (Brad). He turned up yesterday and will make me two winged seat backs and a console grabrail and special grabhandle. Seatbacks should be ready by end of next week and console rail a short time after that.
my attention is turning to upholstery but untill I've got the seat backs positioned I don't really know how big the seat bases will be and how I will hinge them, especially the rear transverse one.
