Possible Performance - Avon AX5000 3.15 m

I have just got my first RIB, very small so I can grow into it.

I have two engines Mercury 3.5 HP (1983) (working) and Evinrude 15 HP (1984) (not yet working).

The insurance companies ask how fast the boat is.

What sort of performance could I expect from each of these engines with 2 adults in the RIB? Presumably on smooth water.

Thanks

Les
