Pacific 22 No.9123

Hi - I've recently bought the Pacific 22 call B-Pacific No.9123. The boat came from the Newquay area and I'm trying to find the history of the RIB. It was rebuilt 6 years ago but don't know any more about her. Is there a register (as with landrovers released by the MOD)?
Any information about the boat would be appreciated. Thanks

You could search Ribnet, we have discussed most issues with the Pacific over the years. Sadly my website with the operating manual is now gone but there are copies around.

Does the 1991 year of build make this one a Halmatic or a Victoria Marine P22?

pacific 22

Hi - Newquay. I am told it is a Victoria marine one rather than a Halmatic. Another question someone might be able to answer! On the A-frame the is a s/s pole that is removeable running the width of the A-frame. Is this to prevent someone going over the back but can be removed if getting someone back in using the drive leg as a ladder. Or was it for use as an emergency tiller if the steering failed?

I believe it`s just to stop Jack or Royal going out through the back!

That`s a fine looking RIB, wish I`d know it had been for sale in Cornwall, I could have gone round and kicked the tyres, at least, do you mind me asking how much it cost you?
Link to mine in the gallery below if your interested.
