not a great tailored fit as you might expect (a bit long) but it will be very easy to trim back to fit with a bit of sowing.

nice material. loads of straps and a bag to carry in in.

3 days from order to delivery in Scotland
I would guess they are probably tailored more to fit hard boats with centre screens etc , think I will take you recomendation and get one .
I see they also do bags to fit small outboards in , someone was looking for one on here a few weeks back , and nobody had heard of one .

Peter Sanders

I can't recommend Pete Sanders highly enough. He has been making sails and covers for me for nearly 10 years and I've always been impressed with the price, but more importantly the quality and attention to detail.

I've got no personal interests in his business. No. 01590 673981

I think that is what we have. They are GOOD. Ours came off eBay. Recommended. Good material. I agree re. the fit, but what can you expect, and when you lash it down, its fine. Not one puddle of water collects on ours all Winter.

how would one of the covers from "coversandbags.com" do if the boat has a A-frame. I'm currently looking for a cover for a 6.5m ribcraft. outrageous prices over here in ireland.

regards

Just get a couple of heavy-duty zips put in, so that the cover can be fed around the A-frame.

We have our own Ribeye covers made to fit each model, have fixings which clip on to the rubbing strake, means you can tow with them well and the cover remains tight aswell.

They are though a little more expensive at 250.00, they are breathable and very easy to clean, but will only fit Ribeye models.

We got ours from Charlie at Lymington
Great fit, we went for the canvas type which is heavy.
zips both side and at the back covers the engine as well
on reflection i would have gone for the less heavy material to make it easier to fit on my own. also doubles up as a on water cover in case you want to sleep on board

This is a mail I recieved from them before I bought mine. They do modify covers, ask them.

"Julie Ore" <info@coversandbags.com>

Hi Mark

Yes the cover would fit. You would need to confirm that you have taken into
account any A Frame (also the A Frame needs to be at the back of the boat as
per the attached picture),or centre cosole. If you would like to send a
photo of your boat you are more than welcome. We do send to Holland the cost
of postage to Holland would be 16.50. If you go ahead with the order, we do
take credit card payments over the phone.

If you need any more help please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Regards, Julie
