My Bargin On Ebay 4mtr Avon

last week bought a avon searider and mercury blue band 50 for £400.00 been standing in garden for 5 years,Was told after 5 yrs engine would be sezed but was lucky i could turn it over boat needs good clean only 1 patch on tubes on front wich in turnes is the only leak told inexpensive and easy to repair brought boat home today as last week when i tryed to start moter nothing happened to see i tryed to turn engin over again nothing put thred out for advise clean termanals did that and it turned over i then tried to see if i was getting a spark nothing
phoned matt of ribnet to see if he knew why he said no spark as i not got key disconect the wireing plug that bypasses key did that got good spark then put on set of flush muffs (i had with boat as well) connected fuel tryed to turn it over second attempt it started reved fab sounded fab to it needs new impeller as no water was squerting out told this is a common thing anyway as you should have this changed at lest once a year anyway usaly i am the most unlucky bloke there is but up to now WHAT A BARGIN

Looks like you've done well!
Let's hope nothing expensive rears it's ugly head.
Should think it'll shift a bit with a 50hp on it. Have fun.
