marine forecast for Labrador issued by Environment Canada at 4.00 PM NDT on Sunday 27 July 2003 for tonight and Monday with an outlook for Tuesday. The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 9.30 PM.

Lake Melville. Gale Warning continued. Winds southeast 15 to 20 knots backing to easterly 20 to 25 overnight then increasing to northeast winds 30 to gales 35 Monday afternoon. Occasional showers or thundershowers ending this evening. Rain beginning Monday morning. Fog patches. Visibility fair in precipitation and poor in fog. Little temperature change. Outlook for Tuesday...strong northeasterlies diminishing to moderate northwesterlies.

South Labrador coast. Gale Warning continued. Winds easterly 15 knots increasing to easterly 20 Monday morning and to easterly winds 30 to gales 35 Monday afternoon. Rain beginning near noon Monday.
